Our Vietnam ground operations

Unlike resellers who forward your booking down a chain, we operate our own tours in Vietnam. Our private cars, English-speaking guides, and hand-picked hotels are arranged and quality-checked by our own team. That means the itinerary on your quote is the one delivered on the ground, and there is a single team accountable for it.

How a booking works

1. Enquire. Send us your travel dates, group size, and preferred pace by WhatsApp or the enquiry button on any tour page.
2. Get a tailored itinerary. We reply with a private itinerary and an SGD quote, usually within 24 hours, and refine it until it fits.
3. Confirm with a deposit. Your booking is confirmed once you accept the itinerary, pay the deposit, and we issue a written confirmation.
4. Balance before departure. The balance is settled before you travel, per the dates on your invoice.
5. Travel with support. Your guide and our team look after you on the ground, and we stay reachable from Singapore throughout.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are stated on every quotation and invoice: typically a deposit on confirmation and the balance before departure. Cancellations must be made in writing, and charges depend on supplier terms and any non-refundable costs already incurred. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
