Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City and City Tour
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Complete customs, then meet your private guide and driver and transfer to a local restaurant for lunch.
Begin your city tour at the Independence Palace, the former residence and office of the South Vietnamese president during the war. Photo stop at the Notre Dame Cathedral, a striking example of French colonial architecture in the heart of Saigon.
Visit the Saigon Central Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in the city and still in daily use, known for its blend of neo classical European design and Asian detailing.
Dinner at Pizza 4P's on Hai Ba Trung, known for its house made cheese and creative pizzas that blend Italian and Vietnamese flavours.
Continue exploring Saigon by night with a choice of a Saigon River water bus or a 60 minute massage (own expense), then relax over a drink at WAS Concept Cafe.
At around 22:30 transfer to the station for the overnight sleeper coach to Da Lat, a journey of about 7 hours.

Da Lat Arrival and Cafe Culture
Arrive in Da Lat at around 6:00 am and freshen up with breakfast at a local restaurant. Ease into the day at a cosy coffee shop as the highland town wakes up.
Lunch at a local restaurant sampling Da Lat specialities such as banh uot long ga, banh can and banh mi. Check in to your hotel in the town centre and take time to settle in.
Spend the afternoon at one of Da Lat's hillside cafes, with recommendations including Memory Station, Chang Vang Rooftop and Cafe Tung. Enjoy a 360 degree view over the hills and clouds in the cool, crisp mountain air, and watch the sunset with one drink included.
Early dinner at a local restaurant, then enjoy a mini acoustic show with guitar, hand drums and a local singer. You are welcome to join in and sing if you wish.
Overnight in Da Lat
Datanla Waterfall and Lang Biang
After breakfast, head to Datanla Waterfall, known for its unspoiled natural beauty and adventure activities. Ride the 1,000 metre alpine coaster down through the pine forest, which is included in your tour.
Further activities here can be added on request, including the high rope course with ziplines and aerial climbs, canyoning with waterfall rappelling and cliff jumps, and a scenic 2,000 metre cable car ride over the pine forest.
Lunch at a local restaurant featuring highland favourites such as grilled chicken with com lam bamboo rice and la e chicken hotpot. The rest of the afternoon is free, with an optional relaxing massage or herbal shampoo treatment (own expense).
Early dinner at a local eatery. At 18:00 join the Gongs Show, a cultural performance of the Central Highlands ethnic minorities that includes a meat grill and jar wine. Return to your hotel at around 20:30.
Overnight in Da Lat
Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City
Choose one of two optional morning adventures, or simply relax at the hotel.
Option 1 is a Tuyen Lam Lake kayaking tour of about 4 hours, available at sunrise or during the day. Learn to paddle with your guide and row across the lake past resorts and lavender farms, taking in the mountain scenery before returning to the pier (SGD 85 per person, minimum 2 travellers).
Option 2 is a Lang Biang Mountain jeep tour of about 3 to 4 hours. Ride a private jeep up through pine forest to the summit at over 2,000 metres for panoramic views and, weather permitting, a sea of clouds (SGD 65 per person, minimum 2 travellers).
Check out and have lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy some shopping time at Da Lat Market and the local thrift and souvenir shops, then transfer to the coach station for the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City and check in to your hotel. The evening is free to explore Saigon by night.

Saigon Shopping and Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a shopping tour starting at The New Playground, an underground fashion mall in the heart of District 1, then browse big name brands at Saigon Centre and Vincom.
Take a food tour through Ben Thanh Market, sampling Saigon street food such as banh mi, pho and bun bo. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure flight to Singapore.
